Martin is a leader and enabler of hyper-growth and mentor to entrepreneurs with extensive experience with Private Equity / Venture Capital. He is an expert at enabling SaaS vendors or SaaS-based platforms to scale quickly and achieve ambitious revenue targets. | Two key ingredients to a growing business are a great leader and a great product. I work with leaders who hunger for more, who know that knowledge and tools are useful, but it’s often self-perception, patterns and mindset that hold us back. We fill the gap in the commercial minded product director to build your team up in their delivery capability so that your permanent Chief Product Officer is stilled to drive this into the long term. This is often a part-time role (e.g. 1 day per week) alongside your permanent team growing them as they develop the business.
